Arbor funds $27 million worth of loans in Iowa, Wisconsin and Michigan

Arbor Commercial Funding recently funded seven loans totaling $27.6 million across Iowa, Wisconsin and Michigan under the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing Loan, Fannie Mae DUS® Small Loan, Fannie Mae DUS® Affordable Housing and Fannie Mae DUS® Dedicated Student Housing product lines. These loans include:

  • Stoney Creek Village Apartments, Shelby Township, Mich., $10.8 million.
  • Waterbury Place Apartments and 787 Burcham Apartments, East Lansing, Mich., $5.8 million.
  • Aspen Village Apartments, Holt, Mich., $4.5 million.
  • Tower Place Apartments, Hudson, Wis., $2.4 million.
  • Maquoketa Park, Maquoketa, Iowa, $1.185 million.
  • Vinton Park, Vinton, Iowa, $1.5 million.
  • Strawberry Hill, Anamosa, Iowa, $877,500.

All of the loans were originated by Mike Jehle, Midwest Regional Director in Arbor’s Bloomfield Hills, Mich., office.
