Arbor Lodging Partners, the Chicago-based hotel investment and management company, recently closed its second acquisition in two weeks, the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest. The hotel, located at 7226 Woodland Drive in Indianapolis, marks Arbor Lodging’s sixth property in the Indianapolis market and will be managed by Arbor Lodging Partners’ affiliate Arbor Lodging Management.
The acquisition also represents the sixth hotel in the Marriott family to be owned and managed by Arbor Lodging, with such other affiliations consisting of Marriott, Fairfield Inn, Courtyard, and Towneplace Suites.
Arbor Lodging Partners will initiate a comprehensive renovation to both the interior and exterior of the property shortly following the mid-February closing. The renovation plans are pursuant of the Courtyard by Marriott Reimage Strategy and will include a modern update to all areas of the hotel.
The Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest features 90 guestrooms and suites, a recently updated lobby with a refreshed grab-and-go market, fitness center and indoor pool, and The Bistro, an onsite dining venue and bar serving breakfast and dinner.
