Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International has completed two new leases at Riverwoods Corporate Center in Riverwoods. Partners In Design Architects Inc. has leased 2,621 square feet and Office Revolution has leased 1,380 square feet. The transactions maintain Riverwoods Corporate Center’s long-standing 100 percent occupancy rate.
Partners In Design, an architectural firm, will take possession of its space in the 4th quarter. The firm previously leased 3,500 square feet in the building, but their space requirements recently changed. Podolsky|Circle worked with Partners In Design and building management, Irgens Development Partners, to find a creative solution so that Partners In Design was able to remain in the building.
Office Revolution is a dealer of Teknion as well as high-quality ancillary furniture from more than 200 manufacturers. They will take possession of their space in September. Office Revolution will use the space as their sales office.
Riverwoods Corporate Center, located at 2610 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, is a two-story Class A office building totaling 46,000 square feet of space. Building features include executive heated underground parking, grade level parking for more than 130 cars, ribbon windows and prominent monument signage.
The building’s ownership structure allows occupants to lease and/or own part of the building – without a condominium structure and restrictions.
Tenants include Podolsky|Circle, a full service commercial real estate firm; Hardt, Stern & Kayne PC, a law firm; Irgens Development Partners, a real estate development company; Creative Financial Services, an investment advisor; Indorama Ventures, a polyester chain producer; and Contract Resource, an interior design firm.
Randy Podolsky, managing principal, and Corey Chase, principal, both with Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented RCC JV LLC, building ownership, in the transaction.
