ARCO/Murray National Construction Company Inc. recently completed a 15,000-square-foot build-out for NETGEAR at 1000 Warrenville Road at Naperville Woods. NETGEAR is a computer networking product provider designed to help home computer users, businesses and network services providers to get the most out of their Internet connections.
The 15,000-square-foot space is made up of a 6,000-square-foot data room/lab, 1,500-square-foot server room with supplemental cooling, and 7,500 square feet of executive offices, training rooms and conference rooms. The interior improvements were completed within six weeks starting from a shell condition.
ARCO/Murray’s Brad Dannegger was the project executive and Chris Niedhammer served as the project manager overseeing the day-to-day operations and responsible for the onsite construction of NETGEAR.
