ARCO/Murray recently completed a 22,000-square-foot medical office build-out for LSK 121 located at 940 E. Diehl in Naperville. LSK 121 is a laboratory providing oral prosthetic services.
The improvements were a result of LSK 121’s growing operation, expanding from their previously occupied 12,000 square feet. The expansion included doubling the laboratory space, reconfiguring the office space to an open collaborative space and providing a new state-of-the-art operatory designed for training purposes.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
