ARCO/Murray recently completed a 33,000-square-foot tenant build-out for Regus at the Woodfield Preserve Office Center, located at 10 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg. Regus is a provider of flexible workspaces, boasting more than 1,500 business centers in 600 cities worldwide.
The build-out was a multi-phased project performed in shifts during both day and night to upgrade a fully occupied office floor with numerous tenants. The entire project was completed without any interruption to existing businesses and was finished in eight weeks.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
