ARCO/Murray recently completed two projects for Regus, resulting in 37,000 square feet of interior improvements.
Regus provides modern, flexible workspaces to free businesses of all sizes, all over the world, to work more effectively. The first project ARCO/Murray completed for Regus was located at 111 W. Jackson in Chicago. The 24,000-square-foot office build-out featured more than 100 private offices, a video conferencing studio and an executive boardroom. Improvements included an Italian marble vestibule, custom back-painted glass feature walls, electronic glass privacy walls, wood panel ceiling accents and energy efficient lighting. The break room was equipped with marble floors, custom millwork, stone countertops, glass tile backsplash and high-end appliances.
The second project ARCO/Murray completed for Regus was at Orrington Plaza, located at 1603 Orrington Ave. in Evanston. The 13,000-square-foot office build-out featured more than 65 private offices, a video conferencing studio and an executive boardroom. The elevator lobby was refinished with Italian marble. The service pantry was equipped with wood laminate flooring, custom millwork, stone countertops and tile backsplash. The business lounge was equipped with dual flat panel televisions and skyline views.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee and Chris Niedhammer represented the construction team for both projects.
