ARCO/Murray recently completed a 450,300-square-foot distribution center in Wilmer, TX. The facility was constructed for Ace Hardware and will serve as their retail support center, previously based in Arlington, TX.
The distribution center features 19,900 square feet of office space, 14,000 square feet of high hazard space, and 8,000 square feet of aerosol space, as well as 86 dock doors and 32′ clear height.
CenterPoint Properties was the developer of the site. Ace Hardware was represented by David Lind of CBRE. ARCO/Murray’s Christian Evangelista represented the construction team.
