ARCO/Murray recently completed a 56,000-square-foot food processing build-out for Good Foods at LakeView Corporate Park, located at 10100 88th Ave. in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.

Good Foods, which manufactures all-natural food products, quadrupled in size in the year prior to relocating its headquarters from Chicago. The 9,000-square-foot Chicago facility, located at 6851 W. Irving Park Road, still remains in operation.

The new space included 19,000 square feet of repurposed processing cooler space, 10,000 square feet of existing mezzanine and a 2,800-square-foot ingredients cooler. The project also featured a test kitchen complete with stained concrete floors, high-end finishes, commercial wood and appliances.

ARCO/Murray’s Daniel Pratt, John Roche and Joe Pomerenke represented the construction team.
