ARCO/Murray recently completed a 67,500-square-foot build-out and renovation for Worldwide Dispensers in Bolingbrook. Worldwide Dispensers is a manufacturing company specializing in fluid and liquid delivery systems.
ARCO/Murray’s scope of work was a complete turnkey design/build solution – architectural, design, engineering, MEP, permitting, and structural modifications. Construction consisted of processing piping and electrical connections to fifteen (15) injection molding machines; electrical service upgrades to the tenant space; overhead crane installation; foundation work for pressing equipment and resin silos, as well as 90 TONS of process cooling for the production areas. ARCO/Murray worked closely with Worldwide Dispensers’ staff to coordinate a time sensitive equipment phasing plan which led to a successful and on time project completion.
ARCO/Murray’s Brett Garrett was the Project Manager, Elliot Mata served as the Project Executive, and Chris Niedhammer served as the Project Salesperson.
