ARCO/Murray recently completed an 88,000-square-foot office/warehouse improvement project for Champion Container at Chancellory Business Park, located at 1455 Michael Drive in Wood Dale.
Champion Container is a shipping supply provider serving the Midwest since 1929.
The design/build project consisted of 82,000 square feet of warehouse space and 6,000 square feet of office space. The office space was remodeled including new T8 parabolic lighting, painting, flooring and electrical work to create a new IT closet. New T5 shatterproof lighting with occupancy sensors were installed throughout the warehouse and a new 800A service was installed to service Champion Container’s new equipment needs.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
