ARCO/Murray renovated a 270,000-square-foot, 11-story building in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
The property, located at 250 West Golf Road, consisted of an exterior renovation, new entryways, common area improvements, lobby renovations and other updates. The two-story interior lobby and tower level renovation included new porcelain tile flooring and decorative carpet, glass and stainless-steel handrails, decorative LED lighting and wood ceiling elements. A new pedestrian bridge was erected at the main walkway, and additional renovations were made to create new executive conference rooms, a kitchen area and lounge for the building’s tenants.
