ARCO/Murray recently completed a multifamily mixed-use building renovation on behalf of JK Equities located at 2100 S. Indiana Ave. in Chicago.

The newly renovated 60,000-square-foot building now features 59 rental apartment units, 7,000 square feet of retail space, a 3,000-square-foot common roof deck and fitness center.

The building, which was built in 1912, is included in the National Register of Historic Places. As a result, all renovation work was required to comply with historic guidelines including installing windows to replicate original window design and matching brick and mortar to original materials.

ARCO/Murray was represented by Josh Przyborowski and Joe Pomerenke. Architectural design was completed by Fitzgerald Associates. Financing for the project was provided by Lakeside Bank.
