ARCO/Murray National Construction Company, Inc has completed an 98,000-square-foot warehouse build-out for Sony Music Holdings at 365 Crossings Rd. in Bolingbrook, Ill on behalf of Chris Zivalich of NAI Hiffman.
ARCO/Murray was contracted to complete the demising wall construction, MEP service separations, and miscellaneous tenant improvements. Brad Dannegger, vice president of ARCO/Murray, was the project executive with Chris Niedhammer as the lead project manager.
In a separate transaction, the firm completed completed a 4,500-square-foot office build-out for Public Storage at the Promenade Shopping Center Bolingbrook on behalf of Marcia King of Forest City, the landlord and asset manager for the Promenade.
ARCO/Murray was contracted to complete the interior build-out of the space which included modern executive offices, one conference room, open office space and custom millwork. Brad Dannegger, vice president of ARCO/Murray National Construction was the project executive, Chris Niedhammer was the lead project manager. Jim Alder of NAI Hiffman provided the brokerage services to Forest City.
