ARCO/Murray recently completed a 6,500-square-foot tenant improvement project for Dudley & Lake, located at 325 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Libertyville.
Dudley & Lake is a personal injury law firm with nine attorneys. Upgrades included two new large private client conference rooms with flat screen TVs and video conference abilities and two new large corner offices complete with flat screen TVs and private meeting areas.
Also added were a new break room for clients and staff as well as a new 1,000-square-foot multimedia room for document records and processing. All interior finishes were updated, direct/indirect lighting was installed throughout and a new wood stain was provided for existing features at all office locations and conference rooms.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
