ARCO/Murray recently completed a tenant build-out for ERASE at the Oak Brook Promenade, located at 3011 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook. ERASE is a medical practice specializing in laser tattoo removal.
Improvements included exam rooms, a medical office and coffee bar/lounge for patients and staff. The build-out featured a modern exposed ceiling throughout the waiting room, coffee lounge and corridor.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
