ARCO/Murray recently completed two interior improvement projects in Lombard. The first was a corridor improvement at Butterfield Centre, located at 720 E. Butterfield. The second was an 11,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Vitas Healthcare at 580 Waters Edge.
The Butterfield Centre second floor corridor remodel included a new elevator lobby with faux beams and custom planters. Additional work included the installation of 1,200 square feet of additional flooring for the lower level gym and the creation of 5,000 square feet of new leasable office space.
The Vitas Healthcare improvements included an expanded break room to accommodate office staff needs, new medical records storage and new finishes installed throughout including carpet tile to match the company branding. The project was completed in an occupied office so phases were implemented to complete work without disrupting the occupants.
ARCO/Murray’s John Cummins was the project manager for the Butterfield Centre project and Ryan Lehman was the project manager for the Vitas Healthcare project. Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive for both jobs.
