ARCO/Murray recently completed three interior improvement projects at Woodfield Preserve, located at 10-20 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg. Two of the projects were completed for the campus’ management group, CBRE. The final project was for a tenant, MAGMA Foundry Technologies.
The two projects for CBRE included a 2,800-square-foot build-out for the Woodfield Preserve office of the building and a 1,600-square-foot corporate fitness center for tenants. The office improvements included an Italian tile vestibule, new Herculite entry door, a glass wall enclosed conference room, a modified breakroom with all new appliances and upgraded carpet and lighting throughout.
The fitness center improvements included paint, a new wood laminate yoga area, wall mounted mirrors, multiple flat panel displays, accent lighting, ceiling fans and frosted privacy film at the existing public corridor.
The MAGMA Foundry project was a six day, multi-phased, fast paced schedule that included the removal and replacement of 7,000 square feet of carpet, paint and lighting upgrades in a fully occupied office during normal business hours.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive for all three projects.
