ARCO/Murray recently completed two build-outs for Regus in downtown Chicago and is finishing construction on a third—a 17,000-square-foot build-out at 1136 S. Delano Court West. that will feature over 100 private offices, an executive board room, and a video conferencing studio.

Improvements will include installing a new perimeter window system to the building envelope, installing a new 50 ton air handling unit, and providing new HVAC distribution throughout.

The first project was a 17,000-square-foot build-out located at 605 N. Michigan Ave., featuring 99 private offices, an executive board room, and a video conferencing studio. The space underwent a complete gut renovation of three existing tenant suites. Improvements included a contemporary reception vestibule, a custom paint feature wall, and custom millwork and wood accents throughout.

It also completed construction on a 15,000-square-foot build-out at the Chicago Board of Trade located at 141 W. Jackson Blvd., featuring over 60 private offices, an executive board room, and a video conferencing studio. Improvements included a sound masking system throughout, LED light fixtures, stained concrete floors, vinyl woven Bolon accent tiles, and custom millwork and painted wall graphics throughout.

ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the Project Manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the Project Executive for all three projects.
