ARCO/Murray recently finished construction in Kokomo, Indiana, for Vermillion Development on the first of five Silver Birch seniors housing projects going up within a year.
The 95,000-square-foot assisted-living facility features 119 units and amenities such as onsite physical therapy, wireless nurse-call systems, a bistro and manicured courtyard with creekside views.
