ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division broke ground on a129,370-square-foot build-to-suit facility for E3 XPS in Lenexa, Kansas.
The facility will support E3 XPS’s continued growth and operational expansion while reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering innovative experiential marketing, exhibit fabrication, and event solutions for clients across the country.
Located in the thriving industrial market of Lenexa, the new facility will provide expanded space for exhibit fabrication, warehousing, logistics, and operations designed specifically to support E3 XPS’s growing customer base and long-term vision. The project further highlights the continued momentum of commercial and industrial development within the City of Lenexa, a community recognized for its strong business environment, strategic location, and commitment to economic growth.
E3 XPS is an experiential marketing and exhibit solutions company specializing in the design, fabrication, management, and installation of custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, and live event experiences. The new facility will allow the company to increase production capabilities, streamline operations, and continue delivering best-in-class experiences for its clients nationwide.
ARCO National Construction is serving as the design-build general contractor for the project, providing turnkey project delivery services from design through construction.
