Arctic Cat to move its headquarters to Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood

In big news for Minneapolis, Arctic Cat Inc. is moving its headquarters to a historic building in the city’s North Loop neighborhood.

The Plymouth, Minnesota-based company signed a 55,000-square-foot 13-year lease to occupy the Western Container building at 500 N. Third St. Arctic Cat currently occupies an 11,000-square-foot building at 505 Waterford Park in Plymouth.

The snowmobile maker said that it will bring from 150 to 200 workers to its new location in the North Loop.

Arctic Cat will make its big move during the summer of 2016.
