Chicago’s Argent Group later this month will begin pre-selling the units in a 15-story condo tower set to rise along the riverfront in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The Moselle Residences condo tower, in the Omaha market, will include 68 units. Units will cost from $325,000 to nearly $1 million.
This might only be the start of development here, too. Argent Group also plans to build an apartment tower next to Moselle.
