Ari Glass to step down as president of ZRG; Chris Baker to move up

Ari Glass, president of Zeller Realty Corporation and co-managing director of Zeller Realty Group (ZRG) will depart the firm, according to ZRG chairman and CEO Paul Zeller. Chris Baker, currently head of asset management for the firm, is replacing Glass as president.

Glass will commence the next chapter of his career with Mansueto Office Inc. as head of real estate. In this role, he will continue to collaborate with ZRG which manages and operates The Wrigley Building for Joe Mansueto, who purchased the property in June 2018. This transition will occur at the end of the quarter.

“Ari is a close friend and colleague of many years, and a long-standing investor in many assets of the firm,” said Zeller. “We wish him well in achieving an expanding relationship with Mr. Mansueto and Mansueto Office Inc. going forward.”

Bill Rogalla will continue as managing director of ZRG, and president of Zeller Investment Corporation. The balance of the ZRG senior management team includes Jan Goldsmith, president of Zeller Construction Corporation, Robert Six, COO and president of Zeller Management Corporation, Bethany Bonner, general counsel and CAO and Leo Owens, CFO.
