Baum Realty Group, LLC (“Baum”) announced the launch of a new urban office and industrial division which will focus on leasing and sales opportunities in Chicago’s rapidly growing office and flex/industrial market sector in Chicago. Veteran broker Ari Topper, CFA will lead the new division as managing director.
Topper joins Baum from Jameson Commercial where he served as senior vice president of sales and leasing. He was the company’s top producing broker in 2017 and has extensive experience working with office, flex/industrial and investment and urban redevelopment properties.
“It’s extremely exciting to build a division from the ground-up and I am excited about the opportunity to bring my passion for serving urban office and industrial clients to a firm with a strong track record of best-in-class service and technology,” Topper said. “Being able to leverage Baum’s existing network of relationships and apply the firm’s collaborative approach to transactions not only benefits our existing clients, but allows us to extend our reach in the market.”
Assisting Topper with the new division launch as an associate is Tyler Dechter, who will provide landlord representation services and is responsible for market analysis, canvassing and marketing.
