Aries Capital, LLC‘s executive vice president, Andrea Riegsecker, is spearheading the firm’s Midwestern expansion.
Riegsecker, who brings more than three decades of industry experience, will be splitting her time between the firm’s Chicago headquarters and the greater Peoria, Illinois area. In an effort to augment the firm’s Midwestern presence, she will now also focus business development efforts in the central Illinois regions of Peoria, Champaign and Bloomington-Normal as well as St. Louis, Missouri, Western Indiana and Eastern Iowa.

A skilled analyst, Riegsecker has underwritten $285,000,000 in securitized loans and underwritten and closed $38,000,000 in bank, mezzanine and equity loans for all types of commercial properties, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel and senior and assisted living facilities. As executive vice president for Aries, she executes the due diligence evaluations of borrowers, properties, and markets; acts as a loan structure advisor to clients and loan committees; and manages loan closings.
