Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has represented UNBEL LLC in the disposition of an industrial building located in Elk Grove Village. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Arkman Logistics has acquired the 53,670-square-foot building located at Estes and Nicholas in the heart of Elk Grove Village. Arkman is a third-party logistics firm. With the acquisition of this building the firm will relocate its operations from Des Plaines.
UNBEL LLC was represented by John Joyce, Ryan Phillips and Chris Rickett, all of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Arkman Logistics was represented by CBRE.
