Arnstein & Lehr LLP announced that Arthur Evans and Daniel Loewenstein have joined the firm’sChicago office as partners.
Evans brings his practice to the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Counseling, Estate Planning & Probate Administration, Real Estate, and Tax Practice Groups. He is also a certified public accountant, with substantial experience in corporate, tax, real estate, estate planning and probate matters. He serves as corporate counsel to a number of closely-held businesses, and has served as a director of various corporations.
Loewenstein joins the firm’s Commercial & Real Estate Finance Transactions, Real Estate, and Corporate Transactions & Counseling Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions. His experience includes commercial leasing and complex real estate transactions, such as exchanges and business sales and purchases.
