Arthur J. Rogers & Co. has completed the sale of the RR Donnelly building in Elk Grove Village to CenterPoint Properties for $6.56 million.
Located at 2075 Busse Road in the O’Hare-area suburb of Chicago, the property features 181,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Mark Baumhart represented CenterPoint properties in the investment acquisition which was valued at $6.56 million. National Terminsal LLC was the seller of the property and was also represented by Baumhart.
Baumhart has more than 25 years of experience in real estate within the O’Hare marketplace and has completed more than $700 million in transactions. Baumhart specializes in syndication, and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. This was one of three buildings Baumhat sold to CenterPoint Properties in 2010. The two other properties also sold to CenterPoint in the O’Hare area were valued at approximately $21 million.
