Arthur J. Rogers & Co. has announced that Mark Baumhart, CCIMÂ and Brian Schmitz have completed a 38,250-square-foot building sale in Lake-in-the-Hills. The sale is valued at $775,000.
Baumhart and Schmitz represented both the property seller, Buckeridge Door Co., and the purchaser, Ag Medical Systems. The industrial property is situated on a 2.3-acre site at 3 Walter Court in the far northwest suburb of Chicago and features 16-foot clear ceilings, eight docs and 13 drive-in doors. Ag Medical Systems purchased the facility to accommodate its expansion. The firm, headquartered in Texas, operates another facility in the immediate area.
