Arthur J. Rogers & Co.‘s senior associate of the firm, Chris Zannis, recently completed four new leases within Rogers Business Parke-Elgin in Elgin, Illinois, bringing occupancy to 98%.
Situated within Northwest Corporate Park at Technology and Vantage Drives, Rogers Business Parke-Elgin is a development consisting of four buildings totaling 232,000 square feet. The facilities offer both 100 percent office suites and mixed-use office/warehouse space, with units ranging from 2,000 to 58,000 square feet.
In the first transaction, Zannis completed a new flex lease totaling 9,890 square feet at 2521 Technology Drive to Precision Dormer, LLC. The firm, which is part of Dormer Tools Group, is a manufacturer and seller of high-speed steel and carbide round tools. The firm’s new space at the Parke features office and showroom areas as well as a shared, covered dock. Zannis represented ownership in the transaction and the tenant was represented by Joe Billitteri with Premier Commercial Realty.
Zannis completed two additional leases for Winegard Company and ONSITE Woodwork. Winegard Company, a manufacturer of television reception products, has leased 3,900 square feet at 2541 Technology Drive. ONSITE Woodwork, a family-owned premier woodworking company, signed a 1,690 square foot lease at 2521 Technology Drive. Zannis represented ownership and the tenants were self-represented in both transactions. Additionally, Zannis has completed 32,500 square feet of lease renewals within Rogers Business Parke-Elgin since January 2014.
Zannis also completed a lease to Intellisource, Inc. The firm signed a new lease for 4,500 square feet at 2531 Technology Drive in Elgin. Intellisource, Inc. is a graphic production and promotional company specializing in marketing and printing services. The firm is expanding its current location within Rogers Business Parke-Elgin to accommodate its growth. Zannis represented ownership in the lease transaction. Intellisource, Inc. was self-represented.
