Ascent Hospitality, a hotel management and development company, acquired The Chattanoogan Hotel, 198-room property in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Ascent will modernize and renovate the hotel’s guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, pool and lobby. Ascent will also brand the hotel as a Curio Collection by Hilton property.
The hotel is located at 1201 Broad St. in downtown Chattanooga. It is six miles from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.
The five-story hotel offers 25,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa, indoor pool and three restaurants.
