Ascent is building its newest data center facility in St. Louis County.
The multi-tenant space, known as STL1, will be developed on a greenfield site located near several medican and medical research facilities, academic research institutions and businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Ascent already operates the CH2 and CH3 data centers in Chicago. The St. Louis County facility will feature 24-foot ceiling heights and 40-foot column spacing. The building’s shell will be able to withstand torandic wind speeds.
