Ashley Capital is building a 438,000-square-foot cross-dock speculative industrial building at 11201 Enterprise Way in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. This is the second building to be built at Enterprise Business Park.

John Sharpe and Tom Boyle of Lee & Associates and Terry McMahon and Cody Ziegler of Cushman & Wakefield |Boerke are exclusive marketing agents for the property.

The first building Ashley Capital built in the business park is 376,000 square feet and now leased to four tenants. The new 438,000-square-foot building is the second of four planned for the park. As planned, Enterprise Business Park will feature 1.3 million square feet of Class-A space when fully developed. The new building will bring Ashley’s industrial property portfolio in Racine County to more than 1.5 million square feet.

The building is anticipated to be completed in late 2019 and is available now for preleasing.
