Ashley Capital will start construction of Buildings V and VI at Enterprise Business Park in Racine County, Wisconsin. Both speculative industrial buildings will be 390,000 square feet and located along I-94 between Chicago and Milwaukee.
Ground-breaking is scheduled for April of 2022 and the completion of both buildings is anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Concurrently with construction of the new buildings, the Village of Mount Pleasant will extend Enterprise Way to International Drive, providing more efficient access to/from I-94 for businesses located in Enterprise Business Park.
