Associa Chicagoland Vice President Annette Byrd has been selected as the 2015 president-elect for the Illinois Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI). She will serve as president in 2016 for a one year term. The nomination and election was determined by the CAI board members.

Byrd began her career in the community management industry more than 21 years ago and has been a professional portfolio manager of common interest communities for the past 16 years. In her role as Associa Chicagoland vice president she is directly responsible for community association manager (CAM) support and supervision. Byrd refined and spearheads the CAM mentoring program to develop assistant community managers into licensed, designated CAM’s.
