Two Catholic schools in Fond du Lac, Wis.will be converted into 47 apartments and recieve $17 million in loans and equity dollars for the project.
The Parish School Apartments, located at 63 E.Merrill and 95 E. 2nd streets, will have 17 three-bedroom units and 28 two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units. Each apartment will have central air, in-unit washer and dryer and access to storage facilities. The renovation will include a community room, exercise room and business center. Eleven apartments will be reserved fro veterans and individuals at risk of long-term homelessness.
The project was slated for completion in March 2018.
