Associated Bank completed a $2.2 million term loan to the Missner Group to refinance a 100% occupied single-tenant industrial outdoor storage facility near O’Hare International Airport.
The property is operated as an offsite parking facility servicing O’Hare and is currently leased to O’Hare Blue Sky Parking.
The 16,562-square-foot building is located on a 3.03-acre site at the southwest corner of Irving Park and Mannheim roads at 4333 Transworld Road in Schiller Park, Illinois. Missner acquired the property in February of 2023.
Daniel Barrins, a senior vice president with Associated Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Division, originated the loan, the second one completed with The Missner Group in two months.
