Associated Bank recently completed financing for commercial projects in Wisconsin and Illinois.
The bank provided $8.625 million in refinancing dollars to Dwight Yackley/BBM Incorporated for Washington Corners, a 60,014-square-foot mixed-use office and retail building in downtown Naperville, Illl. Barnes & Noble is the lead anchor of the building.
Associated Bank also provided $6.675 million in refinancing to David Israel/Learsi & Co. for Westland Plaza, a 141,148-square-foot shopping center in Madison, Wis. Burlington Coat Factory and Jo-Ann Fabrics are the anchor tenants here.
Associated Bank provided $1.43 million to Penny Racine, LLC for the acquisition of the 150,580-square-foot JC Penney store at Regency Mall in Racine, Wis.
