CBRE announced the lease of 3,300 square feet at the Willow Festival Annex at 1122 Willow Road in Northbrook by the Athletic and Therapeutic Institute of Naperville LLC.
Founded in 1996, ATI is a rehabilitation facility focused on functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning/hardening for worker’s compensation patients. ATI now has more than 200 treatment facilities in seven states.
CBRE’s Joe Parrott and Michael Gold represented the landlord, IOFII Willow JV LLC, in the transaction.
