AT&T has signed a 10-year lease renewal for 104,508 square feet of office space at 95 W. Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights. The transaction incorporates the only remaining vacancy at the 138,000-square-foot property, which is located immediately adjacent to the intersection of I-90 and Arlington Heights Road.
AT&T moved into the building in the mid-1990s and currently occupies 80,000 square feet for its business solutions support group. AT&T’s presence in the Chicago suburbs is rapidly changing with the forthcoming exit of its Hoffman Estates campus; 95 W. Algonquin was able to accommodate a rework of the existing space while providing expansion for an additional business group.
