Attorney Jama Kriz after 15 years has returned to Minneapolis law firm Leonard, Street and Deinard to work in the firm’s real estate practice.
While with Leonard, Street and Deinard for most of the 1990s, Kriz worked first as an associate and then as a shareholder in the firm’s real estate practice.
From 1998 until earlier this year, Kriz served as region counsel to SUPERVALU, one of the nation’s largest grocery retailers. In addition to serving as primary legal counsel to seven of the organization’s retail banners, she was also responsible for all aspects of the organization’s real estate development and provided counsel on M&A, transportation, aviation, contracts and other work.
“We are very happy to have Jama back at Leonard, Street and Deinard,” said Alan Van Dellen, chair of the firm’s real estate practice. “Our clients will greatly benefit from Jama’s extensive experience.”
