Online retailer Auction.com has set a record, closing the the largest online real estate transaction in history.
The online company entered the record books with the auction sale of Manhattan Towers, a two-building, 309,734-square-foot office property in Manhattan Beach, California in the Los Angeles market.
CWCapital was the seller. Eastdil Secured brokered the deal.
