Ashley Dillard has joined Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions, Inc. as a broker associate.
Dillard has 11 years of commercial real estate experience and has facilitated the disposition of all property types, including retail centers, industrial, office, hotels, development land, golf courses, commercial condominiums and more.
“Ashley’s extensive experience in real estate brokerage, and particularly her focus on real estate auctions, makes her an excellent addition to our company,” said Paul Rogers, president of Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions. “Her command of accelerated marketing programs, bankruptcy sales and workouts, in addition to conventional brokerage, make her well-suited to succeed in today’s evolving real estate market.”
Most recently, Dillard worked with the auction services division of CBRE and previously was a senior project manager with Sheldon Good & Company. She has executed sales for such clients as Prudential, Dow Chemical, Ambit Funding, Citizens Bank, Huntington Bank and The Private Bank.
