AV Cincinnati Acquisition has successfully re-acquired the former Tri-County Mall site in Springdale, Ohio, and is set to move forward with a new mixed-use development.
The transformative project aims to revitalize the area, bringing new economic growth to Springdale.
AV Cincinnati Acqusitions will be the master developer, establishing development standards and focusing on integrating necessary utilities and infrastructure into the site.
The development will include multifamily apartment communities, retail and restaurant space, entertainment and recreational areas and green spaces.
AV Acquisitions has appointed John Rickert, principal at RICORE Lee & Associates, to handle brokerage, marketing and property management services for the development.
