Avison Young has added Kate Emerson to the firm as a financial analyst in the firm’s Chicago office. She will support Avison Young’s national capital markets group as it continues to expanding its investment sales services across the United States.
Emerson is positioned to assist Principals Erik Foster, Mike Wilson and Jim Hanson with financial analysis, due diligence review and revenue analysis for the team’s growing industrial, healthcare and office capital markets work throughout the Avison Young platform.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Emerson was a talent acquisition specialist and account executive for Venator Advantage, LLC, where she oversaw recruiting for key accounts and managed client relationships in the manufacturing industry. She also initiated marketing and compensation structure projects that resulted in additional revenue and market-wide exposure for the firm.
Emerson holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Wheaton College in Illinois.
