Avison Young announced that medical-office specialist Pat Wilson has joined the firm as an associate.
He will assist with medical-office leasing and capital markets efforts in the Midwest and nationally, with a particular focus on selling surgery centers. Wilson will also assist with financial analysis, due diligence review and revenue analysis for the firm’s growing healthcare capital markets platform.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a medical-office broker for Lagestee-Mulder, a full-service construction and real estate services firm serving metropolitan Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
He had also founded a commercial real estate start-up which focused on collecting and mapping acquisition criteria for investors.
