Annie Welsch has joined the landlord leasing team at the Chicago office of Avison Young as a vice president.
Welsch joins Avison Young from MB Real Estate, where she worked as a leasing associate in the firm’s downtown agency practice group. She is joining Avison Young as the downtown leasing group has added nearly 4 million square feet to its portfolio of buildings.
