Avison Young, the exclusive leasing agent for Bridge Point 94 Corporate Park in Libertyville, Illinois, announced the completion of construction on the park’s two buildings and the signing of the first lease.
The 406,000-square-foot development at 851-901 E. Park Ave. was developed by Bridge Development Partners in partnership with Akard Street Partners, an investment partnership operated by Hunt Realty Investments, Inc.
It includes a 186,000-square-foot and a 220,000-square-foot building. Ownership recently signed their first lease at the park, a long-term lease for 40,000 square feet in the smaller building with a specialized consumer electronics and equipment company.
Avison Young Principals John Hauser, Mike Fonda and Hugh Williams represented ownership in the transaction. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial represented the tenant.
The tenant will move into its newly constructed space in the fourth quarter of 2015. The space will be tailored to its business needs, with 6,350 square feet of office space, seven docks and 32-foot clear ceiling height in the warehouse.
