Avison Young has announced recent promotions and a new hire at its Nashville office.
Lisa Maki was promoted to senior vice president from vice president with Avison Young’s Capital Markets group, specializing in office investment sales. Over the course of ten years in brokerage, she has been involved in $900 million in sales and leasing transactions at Avison Young (formerly Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone) and previously CBRE.
Mike Jacobs was promoted to senior vice president from vice president with Avison Young’s Capital Markets group specializing in retail investment sales. He has been active in brokerage for seven years and participated in $525 million in sales and leasing transactions at Avison Young (formerly Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone).
Taylor Camp was promoted to vice president from senior associate, specializing in office landlord and tenant representation, as well as urban land sales. Camp has been active in brokerage for four years with Avison Young (formerly Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone).
Billy Gibbs was promoted to vice president from senior associate, focusing on industrial leasing and sales for local and regional clients. Previously with Cassidy Turley in Cincinnati, he has been active in brokerage for 11 years, currently with Avison Young (formerly Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone).
Elise Berthet recently joined Avison Young as office coordinator, bringing experience in office management and human resources. Most recently an analyst at BlackRock in New York City, she has a diverse background in office operations, onboarding new hires, and talent acquisition.
